Defense Point Security is currently seeking a Senior RSA Archer Engineer in Reston, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform design, engineering, implementation and operation of RSA Archer Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) instances for the customer in a cloud-based shared services environment
  • Responsible for maintenance and upgrades to the solution as well as working with other team members to integrate data sources into Archer
  • Explain the function of GRC and provide guidance to the customer on best practice design, implementation, operation and maintenance techniques.

Job Qualifications:

  • This position requires US Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of related IT experience
  • 2 years of experience with RSA Archer GRC, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server 2012
  • Knowledge of and experience with FISMA and NIST security and accessibility standards (508 compliance, NIST 800, DHS 4300A, etc.)
  • In-depth experience with general IT security concepts, network security and monitoring practices/methodologies
  • Experience/knowledge of security-based software applications and tools
  • Experience presenting material at a senior management level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
