Defense Point Security has a great opportunity for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialistin Fairfax, VA.

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting process for multiple positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and quickly build an understanding to accurately identify potential candidates
  • Source and attract active and passive talent through job boards, social networking and other applicable sources
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and hiring events
  • Pre-screen, qualify and present qualified potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates
  • Participate in recruiting events when needed

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Qualifications:

  • This position requires US Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting a government contracting company
  • Experience recruiting for proposals

Job Location:   Fairfax, VA

Position Type:   Full-Time/Regular
